The House of Arts and Culture is an administrative unit established by the Aga Khan Music Programme to coordinate its projects in Egypt. The program was launched to support talented musicians and music educators who are working to preserve, transmit and develop their musical heritage in contemporary forms. An experimental geometric Arabic typeface was developed for the logo, combining both traditional Kufi script and Egyptian Ruqaa script. Meging the traditionl and cultural heritage in a modern way.
